FAN Goals

► Become physically active at a moderate intensity (e.g., brisk walking) for 30 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week

► Eat more servings of fruits and vegetables each day (goal of 5-9)

► Eat more whole grain foods (e.g., whole wheat pasta and breads, brown rice)

► Eat less fat, especially saturated and trans fats

► Eat less salt (sodium)
